About the role  Join a global SRE team supporting 13 countries and over 7 million customers! As a Senior Site Reliability Engineer I, you know what good looks like. You can look at an implementation and find some way to improve it. You are not afraid to provide your recommendations and you know how to work with a team. We are looking for an SRE that can engage with global teams to develop strategies and technologies that provide us with availability, performance, efficiency, emergency response, and capacity planning for a portfolio of Zip products and a rapidly growing customer base!
