Overview:
A Lead Customer Service Associate creates a welcoming and fun atmosphere, puts smiles on peoples faces using world class customer service, and provides a Good, Clean, Fun car wash experience.
Primary Duties:
- Open and Close site and facilitate daily operations.
- Assist in the training of Customer Service Associates.
- Enrollment & Support of Unlimited Wash Club Members.
- Attend the Point-of-Sale and oversee all transactions.
- Maintain all aspects of the property in clean and working order.
- Safely and efficiently load every vehicle with clear hand signals and a smile.

- Strive for customer satisfaction by receiving every guest with a warm and friendly welcome, providing support throughout the entire wash process, and ensuring a complete and thorough wash for all guests.
Qualifications
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
- Must be friendly, outgoing, and customer service oriented
- Must have resilient positive attitude and energetic personality
- Able to work effectively & be accountable under minimal supervision
Physical Demands:
- Regular physical mobility including reaching, grabbing, lifting, and ability to handle equipment that may average up to approximately 100 pounds in weight
- Frequent walking, standing, and being on your feet for long periods of time
- Working in non-climate-controlled environments and outside in all weather conditions
Salary : $15 - $20
