We are looking for a Pest Control Service Technician to join our team! 100% of our customers are commercial accounts. We have cornered the LA market in multi-family apartment communities and HOAs with a large customer base. Benefits: Employee Package Range: $50,000 - $65,000 Annually Commission & Bonuses

Qualifications:
- 1-3 years experience in pest control industry
- Branch 2 (Required)
- 3 Field Rep licenses (Preferred)
- Experience with commercial/apartment accounts (Preferred)
- Various product/chemical knowledge and use
- Knowledge and experience with controlling German roaches, bed bugs, termites, rodents, and general pests (Preferred).
Responsibilities:
- Willingness to manage and train new technicians hired
- Managing day to day field operations
- Managing your personal portfolio of accounts/route
- Direct communication with property managers/clients
- Direct account management for each property you service
- Consistency with structural pest control board rules and regulations
- Willing to travel longer distances throughout Southern California (if needed)

Pay: $52,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
