OVERVIEW:

ZNDUS is a manufacturer of temporary fence, barricades, and associated products. We are searching for an energetic and detail-oriented Office Manager to join our team. This individual will be responsible for overseeing general office operations and logistics management. Our ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, problem-solving abilities, and eagerness to succeed.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Maintain office operations by organizing procedures, handling correspondence, managing filing systems, and overseeing supplies and equipment
  • Manage contracts, purchase orders, and inventory
  • Partner with HR to maintain company policies
  • Liaise with operations team and management to ensure smooth processes
  • Provide support to sales and customer support teams
  • Handle customer inquiries and concerns
  • Assist with IT infrastructure

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Proven experience in office management
  • Experience in customer service
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Experience working with Microsoft Office Suite and ERP systems

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year

Education:

  • Associate (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Office Management: 4 years (Preferred)
