OVERVIEW:
ZNDUS is a manufacturer of temporary fence, barricades, and associated products. We are searching for an energetic and detail-oriented Office Manager to join our team. This individual will be responsible for overseeing general office operations and logistics management. Our ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, problem-solving abilities, and eagerness to succeed.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Maintain office operations by organizing procedures, handling correspondence, managing filing systems, and overseeing supplies and equipment
- Manage contracts, purchase orders, and inventory
- Partner with HR to maintain company policies
- Liaise with operations team and management to ensure smooth processes
- Provide support to sales and customer support teams
- Handle customer inquiries and concerns
- Assist with IT infrastructure
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Proven experience in office management
- Experience in customer service
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Experience working with Microsoft Office Suite and ERP systems
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
