We are looking to promote positive individuals who are enthusiastic and passionate about our mission. In the role of GMIT, you will gain hands-on experience in a 6 to 12 month progressively defined training program to evolve your supervisory experience, business acumen, and overall ability to independently lead a restaurant operation.

- Willingness and ability to operate all hourly positions effectively to assist throughout volume hours
Achieve Results
- Assist and learn from the General Manager to execute administration duties including P&L, budgets, and cost controls with regard to food, beverage and labor goals
- Be thoughtful when determining schedules and store orders, be judicial in what you purchase in order to keep costs in line and hold your team accountable to your standards
Develop Yourself & Others
- Ensure team members and Management team are trained properly using CAVA|Zoës Kitchen tools
- Focus on self-improvement while supporting the success of others on your team
- Provide performance feedback and recognition to Team Members on a consistent basis
You Will Need:
- Flexible schedule to support the business demand of the restaurant operations, including variable hours in excess of 40 hours per week
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Ability to stand for long periods of time, walking, bending and lifting throughout the shift
