## Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse to join our healthcare team. As an LPN, you will play a crucial role in providing quality patient care in various healthcare settings, including outpatient clinics, urgent care facilities, and Level II Trauma Centers.
## Responsibilities
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers
- Monitor and record vital signs of patients
- Assist in outpatient procedures, including botulinum toxin treatments
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care to patients with infectious diseases
- Provide care and support to individuals with developmental disabilities
- Educate patients on self-care techniques and disease management
- Manage durable medical equipment (DME) and ensure its proper use
- Assist in the assessment and treatment of patients with various ailments
## Requirements
- Valid LPN license of NYS
- Experience working in a long-term Care and Nursing Home preferred.
- Ability to work effectively with individuals with developmental disabilities
- Strong understanding of infectious disease care protocols
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
