Zoho's newly formed Enterprise Marketing Team is looking for a Campaign Manager with a "can-do" approach to execute targeted, multi-touch "acquisition" campaigns that generate leads (MQLs), and build pipeline growth. Campaigns will leverage channels including email, content syndication, virtual and live events, social media, display advertising, webinars and sometimes partnering with outside marketing vendors.


You will collaborate with and leverage cross-functional global teams to create "customer value prop" and campaign deliverables. The role will effectively partner with the sales team.


This role requires having some experience using CRM and Marketing Automation tools reporting, and has a natural inclination to measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives.


Responsibilities include:


  • Translating knowledge of the industry, and marketing objectives into campaign plans that deliver awareness, responses, and MQLs.


  • Identifying prospects lists, outlining customer journey, and personas. Identify campaign components leveraging cross-functional team members in Content, Design, Product Marketing, Digital Marketing, Customer Advocacy, Corporate Communications and Events Teams.


  • Designing messaging for targeted personas.


  • Executing campaigns through: email, content syndication, events, social media, display advertising, webinars, etc.


  • Engaging with Sales to maximize the efficacy of leads created.


  • Using internal tools to stand up campaign components (CRM/Marketing Automation/Reporting/Others)


  • Managing campaigns and timelines, ROI, and data-driven improvements through optimization. Measuring and achieve MQL and pipeline targets. Communicate campaign results to key stakeholders.

  • Must have strong project management skills and creativity required for campaign development and follow-thru for execution/reporting.


  • Meticulous follow-up and attention to detail. Takes pride in delivering results.


  • Ability to collaborate with Enterprise and mid-market sales teams.


  • Disciplined in campaign measurement/analysis.


  • Ability to work effectively in ambiguous and ever-changing environment


  • Self starter and highly curious


  • Excellent written and communication skills


Requirements:


  • BA/BS in Marketing, Business, or other related field.


  • 1-2 years proven experience with developing and executing Enterprise B2B marketing campaigns in achieving pipeline/conversion targets (ideally in SaaS enterprise software).


  • Understanding of full funnel campaign tactics and management, including the ability to identify appropriate messaging for targeted personas.


  • MUST HAVE basic experience with CRM/marketing automation platforms.
