Patient Care Coordinator

Zola Consulting Group is hiring experienced & motivated Patient Care Coordinators to join our client’s team in Coppell, Dallas & Plano!! Our client, who is a leader in the healthcare industry, is in search of those who have sales AND customer service experience, strong communication skills as well as a passion for helping others live healthier lives.

Schedule:

• Full-Time, In Office
• 9AM to 6PM Monday – Friday, some Saturdays

Responsibilities:

• Greet, educate and perform initial consultation with potential new patients
• Document all consultation points on the Routing Form
• Handoff/read back consultation to the medical provider
• Educate and commit new patients to the prescribed care plans from medical provider
• Educate patients on their co-pays & out of pocket costs
• Set up all patient finances and treatment agreements
• Document patient transactions digitally
• Meet clinic goals of patients rebooking clinical care weekly or monthly
• Meet with patients at the end of their care plan, extend care if needed

Patient Follow-up and Sales Duties:

• Follow up with potential patients that have not committed to care; make calls to patients who are interested in scheduling their initial session/exam
• Work closely with medical staff to ensure patients receive the highest standard of care
• Collect payments from all new patients
• Work with the billing team on patient accounts and insurance reimbursements
• Report daily and weekly statistics and sales goals
• Participate in ongoing sales education training
