The Senior Accountant is responsible for ensuring the integrity of accounting information by researching accounting issues for compliance and by establishing quality control over financial transactions and financial reporting.

The Senior Accountant is responsible for ensuring the integrity of accounting information by researching accounting issues for compliance and by establishing quality control over financial transactions and financial reporting.

- Perform month-end, quarterly and annual closing activities in compliance with GAAP and ZoomCare accounting policies.
- Maintain accurate lease payment spreadsheet and return on investment spreadsheet for Accounts Payable.
- Manage real estate portfolio finance for proper accounting, including the lease accounting system.
- Work with landlords and legal negotiating leases and renewals.
- Lead, develop, and manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial review processes.
- Approve of accounts payable distribution.
- Lead and prepare annual financial statement audit.
- Lead annual tax filings with external tax preparers.
- Analyze and present various financial metrics.
- Perform general cost accounting and other related duties for the organization.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or a related field, preferred.
- 4 years of accounting experience, preferred.
- Proficient in Google Suite, especially Google Sheets, and Microsoft Excel.

- Salary Range: $85,000 - $95,000
- Project timelines and work volume/deadlines may often require more than your scheduled hours per week or work outside of regular business hours to complete essential duties of this job.
