The Role
Chorus, a ZoomInfo company, is growing rapidly and we're looking for a full-stack Product Marketer to support our team. While Conversation Intelligence is slowly becoming a recognized and established category, the vendor space is constantly shifting. This role will be key in helping us effectively define and build the category, and carve out our position as the market leader. You will be the key liaison between Product, Marketing, Sales and CS, and will help us with full-funnel activities, from perfecting our overall messaging to creating sales enablement collateral, to running customer expansion campaigns. You'll be the internal champion and voice of the customer to make sure we are always thinking outside-in.
Key Responsibilities
- Internal expert on our market, customers and competitors - you'll be responsible to gather, analyze and share the information to with relevant teams so we can keep building the most innovative solutions and increase our win rates
- Messaging & Product Positioning - you'll be responsible for developing new positioning and messaging for campaigns and product features
- Collaborate with Product Management to successfully launch new product features & products, manage the cross-functional implementation of the plan, and ensure successful adoption throughout the product life cycle
- Develop a marketing plan in conjunction with our marketing team, including key activities and budgets to support increased product adoption and the retention of existing customers
- Understand and support our Sales and Customer Success channels; train them on the problems we solve for our buyers and users; develop internal tools and external collateral and work with Sales Enablement on how and when to use it
- Collaborate with Customer Marketing to create customer case studies and other forms of social proof
What You Bring to the Table
- 4 years of Marketing experience, 2 years in Product Marketing
- Outside-in thinker - you always strive to deeply understand the customer
- You're an excellent communicator who can clearly convey complex ideas and data in written, presentation, and verbal formats to team members
- You can seamlessly switch between being strategic and executing tactical projects - you will join a small team that works at a fast pace
- Strong project management skills including production schedules, budgets, and stakeholder coordination
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously
- An energetic and willing attitude—you love to jump in and help wherever you can
- Willingness to occasionally travel within U.S. and internationally
Bonus:
- B2B & SaaS experience preferred
- Experience selling to Sales, Marketing & Ops persona preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Business Administration
