What are the responsibilities and job description for the People & Culture Coordinator position at Zoomo?
We are looking for an enthusiastic People and Culture Coordinator, to support the US P&C Business Partner and the broader P&C team. This position will be preferably based out of the Los Angeles, San Fransisco or NYC area.
As a People and Culture Coordinator, you will be across all aspects of the employee lifecycle, such as recruitment, onboarding, changes in employment and offboarding.
As a member of the P&C team, you will champion the Zoomo virtues and be a critical contributor to the culture and employee experience of our Zoomers across the US.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES, BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
- Acting as a first point of contact for P&C queries
- Manage and own the operational success of the entire employment lifecycle
- Own all P&C systems (including maintaining accurate employee records)
- Support and assist with the recruitment cycle
- Producing timely and accurate P&C reports for key stakeholders
- Supporting the people & culture strategy through special projects

Requirements
- 1- 2 years of experience in administration/customer services, preferably within a P&C team
- Experience with systems/database administration and the ability to analyze and make improvements to systems
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and complete work accurately and on time
- Discretion, sound judgement and a genuine interest in pursuing a career to the delivery or People Strategy
- Excellent administration skills, including in the use of MS word, Excel and Powerpoint applications
- Effective interpersonal skills (both written and verbal)
