As Manager at Zoup! Evergreen, you will lead a group of Team Members, promote the Zoup! culture and prepare and serve our fresh menu items while creating an outstanding experience for our customers. A key part of your job will be to consistently maintain and manage our high standards for quality, service, teamwork, food safety and cleanliness. Zoup! Evergreen Managers also must be:
- Excellent communicators who are positive, outgoing and eager to engage with customers
- Able to supervise and motivate Team Members and Shift Leaders according to the Zoup! culture
- Highly aware and detail-oriented
- Open to training and willing to follow and reinforce procedures
- Able to demonstrate knowledge of our brand and menu items
Zoup! Manager Responsibilities
- Lead team members with a positive attitude and high energy level daily
- Work frontline with team to ensure friendly, fast, accurate service is delivered to every customer daily
- Maintain Zoup! Standards of high-quality soup, salad, sandwiches delivered daily to customers
- Be a key holder who is responsible for opening and closing store throughout the week and weekends
- Provide professional, positive leadership to team members and high quality of service to our customers.
- Uphold Zoup! culture and hold all team members accountable to do the same
- Weekly Inventory
- Manage labor
- Develop and train Team Members and Shift Leaders
Zoup! Manager Requirements
- Must be able to lift and/or carry up to 35lbs
- Must be able to work with hot items (Soups up to 175 temp) safely
- Must be able to work in cold environments at times throughout the day
- Must possess basic cash handling and mathematic skills
- Must have basic computer knowledge
- Must have excellent communication skills
- Must have positive attitude
- Must be able to work flexible schedule. Be able to work an open or closing shifts, weekends
- Willing and able to Reach Out! and engage with our guests

Pay: From $35,000.00 per year
