The Manager, Channel Field Operations is part of Zscalers Sales Operation team with a specific focus on partnering with key leaders and driving business insights.
This position is fully remote in the USA but we are ideally looking for someone located in the time zones of either CST or EST.
This role reports into the Senior Manager, Channel Field Operations and you will have a significant impact on both the Channel and broader company . This position will directly interact with executive leadership, channel and field members, and sales operation peers. The primary responsibilities of this role will include:
Manage a team that supports Zscaler Channel organization focused on alignment to the Channel leaders globally
Lead channel business insights strategy including defining and delivering business analytics, channel metric dashboards, and metric packages to internal stakeholders
Lead operational planning for channel sales including territory mapping, quota assignment and headcount planning
Drive adoption and behaviors to maintain data integrity to ensure accurate insights, positively impacting leadership’s ability to adjust strategy and tactics
Develop and execute initiatives designed to optimize team efficiency, insights and productivity
Bring analytical rigor and wear many hats, between supporting and leading a team, partnering with internal cross-functional teams and diving in with a start-up mentality
Possess strong time management skills to ensure accurate delivery while leading a team of analysts
Provide support, coaching, and training to assist in the career development of team members
Proficiency in SFDC, Tableau, ClariExpert level Excel
Microsoft Office Suite proficiency is an essential skill
Strong business acumen and analytical and problem solving skills
Excellent communications skills, written, interpersonal and presentation skills
Ability to manage multiple, concurrent projects and work independently and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced, constantly changing environment
Ability to interface with all levels of employees, from Executive level to employee base
College Degree and 5-8 years related work experience required
Channel experience is desirable
