As we expand our operations, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Project Manager to join our team in Columbus, OH.

Job Description:

As a Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing construction projects from initiation to completion. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

Key Responsibilities:

1. Project Planning and Coordination:

Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets.

Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project alignment with goals.

1. Budget Management:

Monitor project budgets and financial performance.

Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.

1. Team Leadership:

Lead and motivate project teams, fostering a collaborative and results-driven work environment.

Provide guidance and support to team members throughout the project life cycle.

1. Quality Assurance:

Implement and enforce quality control measures to ensure project deliverables meet industry standards and client expectations.

1. Risk Management:

Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.

Proactively address issues to keep projects on track.

1. Client Communication:

Maintain regular communication with clients, providing updates on project progress and addressing any concerns.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering or a related field.

Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager, with a focus on commercial construction projects.

Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Knowledge of construction management software and tools
