What You will Do
- Materials management - oversee execution and delivery of customer orders, mitigate risks to meet customer needs
- Conduct customer forecast demand analysis, track and analyze demand changes, and report out data to both internal and external stakeholders
- Customer collaborative planning - understand customer demand outlook and manage delivery commitment expectations
- Coordinate with internal cross-functional teams to drive materials allocations in support of customer project schedule
- Measure business performance and drive corrective actions to ensure ZT meets or exceeds customer service requirements
- Independently resolve issues, using escalations when appropriate
- Be flexible to support rapidly changing customer requirements in a positive manner
What You Bring
- Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Data Analytics, Business, Engineer or related field and a minimum of 2 years relevant experience in Supply Chain Planning / Management. Alternatively a Masters degree with 0 years experience but 1-2 years experience is strongly desired.
- Customer Relationship Management skills
- Materials Planning knowledge, Order fulfillment process knowledge
- Track record for utilizing innovative and creative problem-solving skills to address complex and/or contentious issues
- Excellent interpersonal and communication (verbal and written) skills with a high degree of professionalism and ability to handle confidential information.
- Excellent organizational, project management and planning skills; high attention to details; consistent follow through
- Ability to demonstrate flexible and efficient time management and appropriately prioritize workload based upon organization or department needs.
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
