Job Description :
Overview
The Voice IMAC tech reports to the ISM Team Lead and is
responsible for the successful delivery of all BAU and project Voice tasks.
The Techs position is important to the successful delivery of IT relocation
projects. Undertaking the full audit and preliminary works promptly and to the highest standards
enabling the Team Leader or Project Manager to deliver a successful relocation.
The core hours for an IMAC Tech are based on a 40hr week.
The Voice IMAC Tech role includes but is not limited to:
• Able to successfully complete a Trader and Back Office technology move including (PC,
Printer, Telephone, Speakerbus and IPC Turret.
• Have a good understanding of Networks, IP addressing and Voice Infrastructure.
• Ability to identify accurately all types of desktop hardware.
• Ensure all relevant updates from completed works are handed over to the Technology
Team Leader in a timely manner.
• To adhere to Company Health and Safety policy and all specific method statements
and risk assessments
The Voice IMAC Tech responsibilities include but are not limited to;
• Promote the company in a positive light at all times.
• To escalate to their line manager on identification of any possible leads for new
Business.
• Identify opportunities to improve service delivery.
• Be presentable and project a professional appearance at all times.
• Present them self in a confident and knowledgeable manner when dealing with the
client.
• Manage client expectations.
• Focus on customer service.
• Follow Morgan Stanley processes and procedure
