zTrip is looking for a Routing Dispatcher that is devoted, passionate, self motivated individual that will bring fresh eyes and ideas to our operation and someone who has the willingness to learn and grow within our organization. You must be reliable, work well with others, great communication skills and the ability to take the lead.

Your Job Responsibilities as a Routing Dispatcher :
- Manage the day-to-day functions of our drivers by dispatching, monitoring, tracking, and communicating with them
- Implement our quality-driven process to exceed our customers' expectations
- Ensure our operations plan is followed and report any deviations to the customer in a timely manner
- Mentor drivers as needed by setting clear expectations regarding safety, compliance, and on-time performance
- Provide exceptional customer service to our drivers and customers
- Must be able to think out of the box
Skills for a Dispatcher:
- Computer skills with the ability to learn new software quickly
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office including Outlook, Excel, and Word is required
- Effective verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to run a multi-line phone system with numerous inbound and outbound phone calls
- Ability to calmly handle and resolve driver disputes
- Ability to work with two computer screens and multiple computer software programs simultaneously
Fast Paced environment. Need people that take initiative instead of waiting for direction.
SALARY: $14.00 to $17.000 per hour
Hours can vary including holidays and weekends.
Overtime is available at times.
Dispatching Experience not necessary but preferred
