Maintenance Technician




We are seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our team. The Technician will oversee and assist with a wide range of projects and repairs in our restaurants, which include fixing appliances, carpentry and drywall, electrical, tile, painting, fixing toilets/ plumbing, and other general facility repair issues. In addition, the Technician will provide support and assist with remodels and new restaurant openings. The successful person for the position is a self-starter, versatile and is able to travel daily, to facilitate projects and repairs.



 Job Requirements


Experienced working in the trades such as carpentry or plumbing preferably in the restaurant business. 

Skilled in the following areas:

Light Plumbing

Carpentry

HVAC is a plus

Minor Electrical

Tile, Flooring, Drywall

Paint Building Exterior


Multi skilled Craftsmen who is able to work both independently and with others.

Good communication skills with the ability to provide excellent customer service. 

Ability to troubleshoot and repair restaurant equipment.

Ability to work outdoors, on ladders and rooftops in the winter and on call by pager.

Ability to organize work and meet deadlines. Position may require overtime.

Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
