Customer Support Consultant 76126Job SummaryProcess non-routine telephone and electronic inquiries and complaints from the organizations agents / brokers, insures, regulators, customers, claimants and prospective customers that may require extensive research to ensure delivery of excellent customer service.
Required : Bachelors Degree and No prior experience required in the Customer Service areaORHigh School Diploma or Equivalent and 3 or more years of experience in the Customer Service areaANDExperience with Microsoft OfficePreferred : Excellent communication skillsDetail orientedKey Accountabilities : Research and respond to telephone and electronic inquiries from customers.
Investigate and route complaints from national / local insurance regulators and consumer to appropriate office for resolution.
Locate claims office staff for insureds and other parties calling to report claims.Identify appropriate business or marketing reps for agents seeking appointments.
