Responsibilities: • Collaborate with the Content writing team and Program Managers to identify content to focus on based on priority needs. • Work with stakeholders who use the product to gather information and turn it into customer ready content. • Create new articles and update existing articles to reflect the latest features and functionality, in support of their needs. • Author the documentation to conform to content patterns and test/validate and configurations that will be published.
