They are big enough to compete on the world stage, but they have a small company feel. They have a flat organizational structure which allows for improved collaboration, easier decision making and more effective top to bottom communications throughout the company. They have frequent workplace events to keep the work interesting and fun. For this opportunity, a Bachelor’s Degree is preferred, but not required. However, we are looking for a minimum of 10 years’ experience working on a quality role in the aviation industry, with at least 5 years of Quality Management experience.
