Job Description: The Regional Vice President is a management position with accountability to plan, implement and monitor operations, profitability, quality service, marketing and resident relations of the property, while maintaining the owner's investment. They are responsible to develop a high-quality team through effective recruitment, training, motivation, and coaching strategies. The Regional Vice President supervise a team of Regional Managers and reports directly to the Vice President or the Senior Vice President. ESSENTIAL DUTIES: Include but are not limited to the following job specifications: Facilitate quarterly asset review meeting with each Regional Manager to discuss property performance and recommendations for improvement. Provide the Vice President and the President with a summary report of the asset review and file it on the shared drive. Review management agreement, owner requirements/ monthly reporting/budget deadlines, and Accounting FAQ's with the Regional Managers.
