The Courier picks up, delivers, and routes all types of library materials and correspondence to and from designated branches of Osceola Library System and other locations as assigned. The Courier may also perform a variety of moderately complex technical and paraprofessional duties with library circulation, such as shelving books, answering patron questions, helping patrons on computers, etc. The Courier will have a professional appearance, a friendly manner, an ability to communicate clearly with staff at all levels and provide excellent customer service to library patrons.
