The predecessor company to ActFast was established in 1996. Spring Road Partners, LLC was formed in 2004 and established dba ActFast. The three owners of Spring Road Partners were officers of Masland Industries, a publicly traded automotive OEM supplier which they sold in 1997. ActFast is located in Carlisle, PA a major logistics hub. Since the new ownership and management has been in place sales have increased annually by over 75%. Our current customer base includes over 350 fleets. Schneider National, the largest truckload carrier in the U.S. has been a customer since 1999. Some of our latest customers include Werner Enterprises, Sysco Foods, McLane Company, Dean Foods, McElroy Truck Lines and Dot Foods. Current product offerings include Incident/Cargo claim kits, photo processing/digitizing and a full line of sorbent products for both vehicle and facility use. Our innovative approach to photo processing/digitizing is saving 2-3 weeks on claim turn around.
