TAPS is a nonprofit organization that is committed and honored to find homes for the families of the fallen at no cost to them, down payment assistance, mortgage payment assistance and closing cost money. We believe a home is part of the foundation that keeps a family strong, gives it stability and will help it grow and prosper after such a devastating loss. Jason joined the Marine Corps right after graduating high school. As soon as he got to boot camp he knew he was in for a life changing experience. The training and what was expected of him was more than he could ever imagine. As difficult as the training was, it was minuscule compared to the confidence and maturity he gained. The lessons he learned about integrity, camaraderie, determination, responsibility, compassion, and many other things are the principles that guide his life today. In 2014, Jason was holding his infant son and listening to the news when he heard a young soldier was killed in the Middle East, leaving a wife and children. Unfortunately, he heard this story too many times before but this time it really hit home. His thoughts went to the family and particularly to the kids, and what they would be missing. It became personal and very emotional, and thats when Jason decided to do something for the families of the fallen. Jasons business background is primarily in residential real estate. He knew nothing about grief counseling or other social services that would be so important to these families, yet he wanted to help. He started to explore what housing benefits were given to these families that lost so much. He found that there was no or very little help for them. They were not able to use the VA loan program, nor was there a down payment or mortgage assistance program available for them. Because of this void Jason founded True American Patriot Services or TAPS. 1. Law Enforcement: Law enforcement is any system by which some members of society act in an organized manner to enforce the law by discovering, deterring, rehabilitating, or punishing people who violate the rules and norms governing that society. Although the term encompasses entities such as courts and prisons, it is most frequently applied to those who directly engage in patrols or surveillance to dissuade and discover criminal activity, and those who investigate crimes and apprehend offenders, a task typically carried out by the police or another law enforcement organization. Furthermore, although law enforcement may be most concerned with the prevention and punishment of crimes, organizations exist to discourage a wide variety of non-criminal violations of rules and norms, effected through the imposition of less severe consequences.
  2. Life insurance: Life Insurance can be defined as a contract between an insurance policy holder and an insurance company, where the insurer promises to pay a sum of money in exchange for a premium, upon the death of an insured person or after a set period
  3. Employee Assistance Programs: Assisting employees with work-related problems that may impact their job performance, health, mental and emotional well-being.
  4. Leadership: Knowledge of and ability to employ effective strategies that motivate and guide other members within our business to achieve optimum results.
  5. Customer Service: Customer service is the provision of service to customers before, during and after a purchase. The perception of success of such interactions is dependent on employees "who can adjust themselves to the personality of the guest". Customer service concerns the priority an organization assigns to customer service relative to components such as product innovation and pricing. In this sense, an organization that values good customer service may spend more money in training employees than the average organization or may proactively interview customers for feedback. From the point of view of an overall sales process engineering effort, customer service plays an important role in an organization's ability to generate income and revenue. From that perspective, customer service should be included as part of an overall approach to systematic improvement. One good customer service experience can change the entire perception a customer holds towards the organization.
