In addition to regular individual and group supervision along with ongoing training, the candidate will have the opportunity to be trained in both an evidence-based trauma model and an evidence-based substance abuse model (if appropriate) to further their knowledge in trauma and substance abuse work and improve their ability to provide effective treatment.
