Administrative District Council 1 of Illinois of the International Union of Bricklayers and Allied Craftworkers was formed in January of 2009 when Illinois BAC Locals 20, 21, 56, and 74 were merged to form the District Council. We represent approximately 6,400 Union trowel trades members in the Chicagoland area, including Bricklayers, Pointer - Cleaner - Caulker, Tile Layers
