Job Summary: The Associate General Counsel – Securities Law and Corporate Governance will work closely with our Senior Executive Counsel and professionals in our Finance and Investor Relations departments in preparing filings with the Securities and Exchange Commission, including 8-Ks, 10-Qs, 10-Ks and proxy statements.
