Allen & Kirmse, Ltd. has been a mainstay of the Louisiana oil and gas community for over 30 years. It was founded in 1982 in Lafayette, Louisiana by Durelle Allen; Randy Kirmse and David Allen were landmen with the firm at that time. In 1984, Randy Kirmse established the Denver office of Allen & Kirmse. The Lafayette office is led by Durelle and David Allen, brothers, and both Louisiana attorneys. I have known and worked with Durelle Allen and his firm since 1985. I have worked with A&K in Texas, Colorado, Louisiana, West Virginia, Pennsylvania and the OCS GoM. If you care about high quality land work (which I do) then there is no substitute for A&K. No matter what work I need performed A&K is the first company I think of and call. Their work product is second to none and is always timely delivered at a reasonable cost. There have been many times when I needed something completed ASAP as possible or have a job that is extremely complicated. A&K has never let me down over the last 30 years. If you are interested in having world class Land Services work performed for your company then A&K is the firm. A&K's work product is always professionally prepared, accurate, trustworthy, ethical and worth every dollar spent.
