Title: Contract Landman Location: Denver Key Job Tasks and Responsibilities: Land team representative for all project area meetings, coordinate with subsurface group and ops on drilling schedule to ensure drilling and completions schedules are not delayed. Direct negotiations for project area leasing, acquisitions and trades while supporting broader A&D efforts. Coordinate and handle all commission matters (spacing, pooling, notice lists) and work with state and federal agencies regarding lease issues. Oversee title, leasing, and other broker projects.
