Description of Essential Duties + Communicate and listen effectively with customer, coworkers, and branch manager. Specifically understanding the customer's needs and communicating with BrandSafway's General Foreman to understand job scope and schedule. + Maintain a safe work site, free of safety hazards by monitoring compliance with project safety program requirements + Oversee direct manpower at the job site, always being cognizant of cost and scheduling impacts to insure the manpower is at a profitable level (i.e. minimizing overtime hours). + Perform administrative duties such as yard and job site inventory, safety meetings, fall plans, hazard analysis, payroll time sheets, equipment rental, return tickets, change orders, time and material tickets, bill of materials, and other site paper work accurately and neatly. + Review and understand the pre-job plan to ensure that the job is built as bid and designed.
