The experience was inconsistent though never problematic. During project meetings, everyone is encouraged to speak up, and diverse perspectives are actively sought out. I appreciate the job stability and consistency, though the lack of variety can make things dull.

There’s minimal encouragement to go beyond the role's scope, and though the environment is supportive, it can feel stagnant. Training is available but mostly self-directed.
