PRINCIPAL DUTIES: Responsible for the profitability, productivity and maintenance of all hot mix asphalt plants Company-wide. Establish, monitors and controls plant operating costs. Prepares budget/ forecasts/ reports. Manages plant inventories (liquid asphalt, aggregate, RAP, fuel, etc) and maintains a proper inventory level for continued operations. Manages plant projects; ie: plant mobilizations, repairs, modifications, improvements, etc. Manages plant personnel and facilities to comply with OSHA safety regulations, environmental compliances, and permits.
