Job Title: Scientist II Location: Pleasanton, CA 94588 Duration: 10 Months Pay Range: $32.21 to $43.00 The client is seeking a talented and motivated Scientist to support the development of assays and reagents for PCR and NGS. The qualified candidate will join a cross-functional team of scientists. Responsibilities: Works under general supervision to conduct and monitor laboratory experiments utilizing established and published procedures, and technical and theoretical understanding. Makes recommendations to resolve problems encountered during experimental procedures. Assumes responsibility for the accuracy, quality, and timeliness of experimental results. Summarizes experimental results, and reviews conclusions with supervisor/project leader. Communicates results of experiments in the form of reports and presentations.
