ROLE SUMMARY The Design Project Manager will work closely with the Development team to lead our design rollout initiatives including a new studio prototype, and studio refresh program. They will define key design elements and evolve the overall look and feel of the studios. With 215 existing studios and a growth plan to increase studio count year over year this role will have large visual impact to the portfolio. The Design Project Manager will also support in execution of the refresh program of 25+ studios/year by working onsite to scope projects and complete punch with contractor. They will be responsible for vendor management of architects and other key major vendors (millwork, flooring & lighting) including purchasing of products for both refresh and new studios.
