POSITION: Usher/Ticket Taker DEPARTMENT: Guest Services REPORTS TO: Front of House Manager FLSA STATUS: Non-Exempt Summary The primary responsibility of this position is to help create a positive event experience for all guests at the Stranahan Theater by offering superior, individualized service and support.
