Job Profile Summary Under limited direction, this position oversees the Health Careers Opportunity Program (HCOP) project funded through the US Department of Health and Human Services (HHS). Guides the day-to-day implementation of the program and develops appropriate programs and services that lead to recruitment, enrollment, retention, completion, and job placement of eligible HCOP participants into allied health programs and careers. Responsible for the oversight of the project, with full responsibility for budget administration; efficient/effective implementation of project activities, project deliverables, and reports; and communication with the deans and associate deans of the educational credit programs, internal department including financial aid office, community partners, and HHS.
