Job Details: SUMMARY: As a part of Corporate Accounting, this position supports External Financial Reporting and Benefits Accounting. External Financial Reporting tasks include, but are not limited to, preparing and tying out support for SEC Forms 10-K and 10-Q, ad-hoc SEC filings such as Forms 8-K, S-3, S-4, quarterly earnings releases and ad hoc requests from other Corporate Accounting departments as needed.
