SUMMARY The responsibility of the open hours Picker/Packer - Ship From Store (SFS) is first and foremost to deliver a premium customer experience by providing the best experience for our customers and making JOANN their happy place! The role of the Picker/Packer - SFS is to perform various customer service tasks including but not limited to; register, cutting station, sales floor assistance and customer service, quickly and accurately pick and pack online orders so that they can be shipped out directly to the customer.
