Job Purpose As the Scheduling Manager, you will play a pivotal role in supporting both the Estimating and Field Operations teams in developing comprehensive construction project plans and schedules. Your main objective will be to integrate key project control functions such as budgeting, revenue management, manpower allocation, and project progress analysis into our schedules. This collaborative role provides the opportunity to work with various company departments and project teams. In this position, you will be responsible for planning, creating, monitoring, and maintaining project schedules. Additionally, you will prepare and analyze reports that aid in developing proactive or alternative solutions. Your role will also include generating daily and monthly reports for executive management. This hands-on role will allow you to directly influence scheduling outcomes from the initial estimate phase through to project closeout, making you a key team member in driving successful project c

Overview: The Clinical Scheduler position is a direct report to the Clinical Operations Manager and is responsible for coordinating staff and client schedules by performing diverse related duties. Internal candidates must reside in Califorinia and must be in current role for at least 6 months to be considered. External candidates must reside within driving distance to Sacramento, CA for on-site training. Responsibilities: Coordinate and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly staff and client schedules for the delivery of autism services to our clients Inform families and/or Behavior Interventionists of schedule changes and update systems accordingly Find alternate coverage or alternate work for Behavior Interventionist and arrange for PTO coverage Schedule make-up time to maximize contract fulfillment Participate in staff efficiency and contract fulfillment initiatives General Office Support Receive and respond to staff and client phone and email inquiries relating to scheduling Answer sc
