We are looking for a Pharmacy Technician - Compounding to join our Pharmacy team as we grow to be one of the top home infusion providers in the country. The Pharmacy Technician will report to the Pharmacy Manager and work in our Anchorage, AK branch. Amerita is an entrepreneurial-founded company and a wholly owned subsidiary of PharMerica. The home infusion market is positioned for rapid growth driven by the aging population, increase in chronic diseases, robust pipeline of infusible drugs coming to market, and an industry shift from hospital delivery settings to lower-cost, high-quality alternative providers such as Amerita. As a core member of the Pharmacy team, you will be expected to prepare technical and clerical tasks associated with the preparation, labeling and dispensing of pharmaceuticals. Responsibilities: Installs, repairs, and maintains equipment in the field. Achieve contractual requirements for metrics, information reporting and customer management. Must be able to respond to emergency and non-scheduled calls for service daily within established response time goals. Responsible for meeting daily service repair needs and driving customer satisfaction at assigned sites / locations. Completes all scheduled maintenance within required deadlines. Documents all maintenance and repair work submitting paperwork in required time frame. Order, install, and return parts per regulation. Maintain a safe/clean work environment and ensure company safety procedures and product workmanship procedures are adhered to: Report all accident and safety incidents. Complete accident reports when required and work with management to investigate, identify, and implement corrective/preventative actions. Ability to complete all training courses within a timely manner with stated passing grade U
