Key Responsibilities: Greet guests warmly upon arrival and thank them when leaving Manage reservations and walk-ins using a waitlist or reservation system Assign tables based on server rotation and guest preferences Communicate wait times and seating updates to guests Answer phone calls and assist with inquiries about the restaurant Take and accurately input Togo (takeout) orders over the phone or in person Pack and check Togo orders for accuracy before handing off to guests or delivery drivers Maintain a clean and organized front-of-house area ( Full time or part time)
