The Vice President of Finance: Promotes and practices the Empath mission and values and follows all policies and procedures. Partner with the CFO and Division leadership team to set the financial vision and strategy of the organization, ensuring alignment with overall corporate goals. Lead the development of long-term financial strategies that support sustainable growth, operational efficiency, and enhanced patient care outcomes.
