Due to growth, we currently have a position open leading a team of 3-4 painters on new construction and remodel projects. Crew leads are accountable to distribute work on the job site, mentor other painters, and communicate with the project superintendent to ensure that projects are done on time with the detail and quality of a DeLeers structure.
