Project Engineer-Drainage Engineer Austin, TX (can be located in Dallas and RoundRock as well) Direct hire $90,000-$130,000 Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Environmental Engineering Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) in Texas Preferred 5+ years of experience working on drainage-related projects Experience using HEC-HMS, HEC-RAS (steady, unsteady flow, and two-dimensional), ORD DU, and/or other drainage analysis software Preferred CFM certification Floodplain mapping experience is a plus Excellent written and verbal skills Must have Texas Drainage experience Responsibilities: Coordinate the efforts in preparing contract drainage drawings, specifications, and estimates while also overseeing the creation of project-specific drainage/hydraulic reports and technical documentation Conduct cross-drainage hydraulic analysis and design Conduct drainage analysis and design per the requirements of the project and transportation public agencies such as TxDOT Preparation
