There’s a strong sense of teamwork, and management actively encourages open communication, which makes for a much better working day and a positive overall experience. I feel fortunate to be part of this manufacturing team. Production is steady but occasionally impacted by minor delays. Good place to gain experience, though not particularly innovative or fast-moving in terms of process improvements. Quality meets standards but rarely exceeds expectations.

Great company values and mission. Regular training and a focus on continuous improvement mean we're always getting better at what we do. Training programs exist but lack consistency and and it can meet all employee needs.
