Job Description Job Description The Inspector/Packer (IP) is a manufacturing position that reports directly to the Shift Supervisor. The IP is responsible for assembling, inspecting and packing product in accordance to work instructions. Accurate record keeping and monitoring is required, as IP's must adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and ISO 9001:2015 standards. Specific Job Duties & Requirements: Operate machines to maintain productivity, efficiency and product quality standards. Perform visual inspection and testing to ensure all products meet quality standards. Undertake data collection and coordinate with Maintenance Personnel to resolve machine errors. Perform secondary operations on molded parts as instructed by SOP's and work instructions. As needed, trim and clip excess plastic from parts.
