This Facility Manager position is accountable to protect, maintain, and enhance the value of a commercial real estate asset to maximize the owner's financial return and for the benefit of the tenants, consumers, and the community. This is accomplished by performance of the assigned facility’s operational maintenance requirements, tenant customer service needs, tenant service requests, capital improvement project management, and construction activities in keeping with the overall company goals.
