Primary duties include preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages for the bar and restaurant guests. Other duties include taking orders, serving food, and assisting in maintenance of all bar service areas and equipment as well as ensuring supplies and stock are at sufficient levels to accommodate business demands throughout their shift.
