The ideal candidate would have coached on the competition level and is comfortable with youth without prior dance experience. The role will begin at 4 hours per week over 2 days and can grow into running your own dance program under the gyms name for competitions. We will not consider candidates that already coach their own competition teams due to conflict of interest. There is a strong preference for a bilingual (English/Spanish) candidate.
